This website was initially compiled in 2002 from data held by (or made available to) the author. It explains the circumstances surrounding his discharge from the British Army and the underhanded methods used by several government organisations to blacken his character. In 2000 the Army board of the defence council overturned the decision, resulting in an out of court settlement, despite years of stalling tactics by the Ministry of Defence & Her Majesties Treasury solicitors.

This is his opportunity to put the record straight. He has retained every single document in order to defend legal action by those named in this website & would welcome the opportunity to repeat these allegations in court.
